We aim to review referrals promptly. Actual commencement time varies by location, service type and clinician availability.

Can families refer directly?

Yes. Family members and carers can contact us to discuss available services and the information needed.

Do you accept urgent referrals?

Tell us clearly if the referral is urgent. We will review the clinical need and current capacity, but urgent acceptance cannot be guaranteed.

Will I receive updates?

With the client's consent, we can provide relevant updates, reports and recommendations where appropriate.

What if I am unsure which service is needed?
