Resource FAQs

Quick answers for referrers.

Can I refer if I am unsure which service is right?

Yes. Describe the client’s needs and goals in the referral. Our team can help identify whether physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hydrotherapy, allied health assistance or remedial massage is the most appropriate starting point.

Do I need every report before submitting a referral?

No. Include the information currently available. We can advise if additional documents would help with triage or assessment.

Can families use these resources?

Yes. The guides are designed for providers, families, carers, clients and participants. If anything remains unclear, contact our team.

Are services available everywhere in South East Queensland?

Availability depends on location, discipline and current clinician capacity. Check the Capacity page or call us to confirm.

Need a person, not another document?

Our team can help make the next step clear.

Talk with Refine about service suitability, capacity, referral information or the most appropriate pathway for your client.
