Supporting independence

Small changes can protect long-term confidence.

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme provides practical support that helps older Australians continue living independently. Allied health complements those services by identifying risks early, improving physical function and maintaining confidence with everyday activities.

Whether someone is recovering after illness, improving balance, managing chronic pain or making their home safer, our care is personalised around long-term independence and participation—not simply a diagnosis.
